WEDDING, RECEPTION AND REHEARSAL DINNER
For your two day, indoor, or outdoor wedding, reception and rehearsal dinner event. This allows you a two day access to the farm, starting at 8:30 am until midnight on day one and from 8:30 until midnight on day two. Setup, rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception, and cleanup must be completed within that time frame. Music and public address system must be off at 11:00 pm and cleanup must be complete by midnight. Tables and chairs, enough for approximately 100 people will be provided. Additional tables, chairs, tablecloths, tents and other supplies may be rented. Refrigerator, freezer and microwave is included. No full kitchen is available.
We will be glad to provide you with a list of local catering companies to help with your event.
Event insurance is required. Average cost is around $350.
A horse drawn carriage can be provided for the bride and groom for an additional $450.
* $1000 deposit (non-refundable within 90 days of event) is required to secure the event dates. The remainder is due 30 days from the event. Refunds will not be made beyond that time. A $200 damage deposit is required and will be returned if no damage occurs and facility is in same clean condition as found. All trash must be removed from property. Cleanup service can be provided if necessary.
